Real Estate Pre-Licensing for Salesperson and Broker 90-Hour & 150-Hour Courses
This pre-licensing course series fulfills the education requirements for obtaining a Louisiana real estate license, whether pursuing a Salesperson or Broker credential.
Salesperson licensing candidates complete the Real Estate 101 90-hour combination course, which is required for initial licensure. The 101 course is completed in a live class format along with online coursework components.
Broker licensing candidates complete a three-course combination that includes Real Estate 201, Louisiana Laws 202, and Broker Responsibilities 203. Courses 201 and 202 are completed in a live class format with online coursework components, while the 203 course is completed fully online.
All courses are approved by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.
Additional study aids are available for purchase. Beyond the classroom, we offer a variety of resources to help our students thoroughly prepare for the Real Estate exam. Our State & National terms and definitions flashcards are a best-seller, helping students memorize all the relevant terms. Our “1500 Questions & Answers” book is also effective for exam preparation and widely used by our students — Burk wrote the questions himself!

Class Policies
Student Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the class. Refunds will be given if student cancels at least 5 business days to the start of class. Note that refunds may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
Class Cancellations or Changes:
All starting dates are subject to change or cancellation due to potential events that are out of the School's control. In the rare case that a class start date is cancelled or changed, we will notify the registered students at least 24 hours before the start of class, and provide further information at that time.
Privacy:
All information received from the student will be considered confidential and will not be made available to third parties except for purposes of reporting credit hours to NMLS or to the state of Louisiana.
