Real Estate Pre-Licensing Virtual Classes for Salespersons (90 hours) and Brokers (150 hours)
This live, virtual Real Estate Pre-Licensing class series is fully remote.
This class offering is built for individuals across Louisiana who prefer a live Real Estate Pre-Licensing class experience, but are unable to attend one of our physical classroom locations. Students registered for this class will attend and participate over Zoom for the entirety of the course.
The virtual Real Estate Pre-Licensing course does not include printed copies of the National or State books. Digital eBook versions are provided. If you would like to order the printed hardcopy versions, please call our office at (225) 293-6000 to order and we will ship them to you. They can also be ordered through our online Study Aids store. The book titles to order are “Louisiana Laws” and “Real Estate Principles & Practice.”
This class series fulfills the education requirements for obtaining a Louisiana real estate license, whether pursuing a Salesperson or Broker credential.
Salesperson licensing candidates complete the Real Estate 101 90-hour combination course, which is required for initial licensure. The 101 course is completed virtually, by attending live Zoom classes, along with additional online coursework components.
Broker licensing candidates complete a three-course combination that includes Real Estate 201, Louisiana Laws 202, and Broker Responsibilities 203. Courses 201 and 202 are completed virtually through live Zoom classes, along with additional online coursework components. The 203 course is completed fully online.
All live and online Burk Baker Real Estate Pre-Licensing courses are approved and certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.

Class Policies
Student Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the class. Refunds will be given if student cancels at least 5 business days to the start of class. Note that refunds may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
Class Cancellations or Changes:
All starting dates are subject to change or cancellation due to potential events that are out of the School's control. In the rare case that a class start date is cancelled or changed, we will notify the registered students at least 24 hours before the start of class, and provide further information at that time.
Privacy:
All information received from the student will be considered confidential and will not be made available to third parties except for purposes of reporting credit hours to NMLS or to the state of Louisiana.
