National Association of Realtors (NAR) Triennial Ethics (4 Hours CE Credit)
This 4-hour continuing education course covers:
- The history of the Code of Ethics
- Key concepts in the Preamble
- The Golden rule as one of the Code’s foundations
- The code’s major categories
- The structure of the Code and its supporting materials
- Articles of the Code commonly the subject of complaints
- Key concepts of several Articles
- Given fact situations, identify possible violations of the Code
- The professional standards enforcement process
- The basis on which procuring cause claims are decided
- Key concepts in Pathways to Professionalism
- Mediation and its value in resolving otherwise arbitrable disputes

Class Policies
Student Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the class. Refunds will be given if student cancels at least 5 business days to the start of class. Note that refunds may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
Class Cancellations or Changes:
All starting dates are subject to change or cancellation due to potential events that are out of the School's control. In the rare case that a class start date is cancelled or changed, we will notify the registered students at least 24 hours before the start of class, and provide further information at that time.
Privacy:
All information received from the student will be considered confidential and will not be made available to third parties except for purposes of reporting credit hours to NMLS or to the state of Louisiana.
