Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing – Real Estate 201 Course: Broker Principles & Practice

Real Estate 201 comes standard with 180 days of access to the course. If you are unable to complete the course within the 180-day access period, extensions are available for purchase.

Real Estate 201 is a 90-hour course and is part of the 150 hours required by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission for broker licensing. The 90-hour course is a combination of written lessons, power point presentations, and audio files and consists of 14 Topics. Each topic includes several quizzes, a practice exam, and a topic exam. Once all Topics are completed, there are practice final exams followed by the course’s official final exam. E-books are included with the purchase of this course.

To further help you prepare for the National & State Real Estate exam, we open our Computer Lab to enrolled/current students Monday through Friday. Each computer terminal is pre-loaded with 10+ practice National & State Real Estate exams. The Computer Lab is open during regular business hours at our Baton Rouge location.

You may also attend a review class at our Baton Rouge or Lafayette locations during your enrollment in the course.

Class Policies

Student Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the class. Refunds will be given if student cancels at least 5 business days to the start of class. Note that refunds may be subject to a 3% processing fee.

Class Cancellations or Changes:
All starting dates are subject to change or cancellation due to potential events that are out of the School's control. In the rare case that a class start date is cancelled or changed, we will notify the registered students at least 24 hours before the start of class, and provide further information at that time.

Privacy:
All information received from the student will be considered confidential and will not be made available to third parties except for purposes of reporting credit hours to NMLS or to the state of Louisiana.
