Real Estate 101 $295.00 90 hour Principles and Practice course required for licensing as a Salesperson. This online course contains every thing you need to complete the course and pass the exam. In addidtion to the online course you will receive 2 DVD's and a 1500 question exam book. The DVD's provide a video review of both the National and Louisiana material. RE-202 30Hrs Louisiana Law & LREC Rules $149.00 This is 30 hours of the 150 hours needed by Brokers for their licensing education. This course is included as part of the 90 hour broker prelicensing course, but if you need to take this course only, you may do so. This course is self contained, doesn't require any books or materials, and all test will be sent to us automatically. This course is completely online, and can be accessed from any computer that has an Internet connection.
