This 90 hour online course is a review of the real estate salesperson's course and is required for licensing as a real estate broker. This course is self contained and all tests will be sent to us automatically. In addidtion to the online course you will receive 2 DVD's and a 1500 question exam book. The DVD's provide a video review of both the National and Louisiana material. This course is completely online, and can be accessed from any computer that has an Internet connection.  
Real Estate 202 - Louisiana Laws, Rules & Civil Law

This 30 hour online course is a review of the Louisiana laws and is part of the 150 hours needed by Brokers for their licensing education. This course is self contained and all test will be sent to us automatically. You will also receive a book by mail which accompanies the course. This course is completely online, and can be accessed from any computer that has an Internet connection.

This course also may be required for out of state applicants.

 
Real Estate 203 - Brokers Responsibilities $149.00
This is a 30 hour online course required for licensing as a real estate broker and is part of the required 150 hours. This course is self contained, doesn't require any books or materials, and all test will be sent to us automatically. This course is completely online, and can be accessed from any computer that has an Internet connection.  
Real Estate 201, 202 & 203 Combo $495.00
