REAL ESTATE 201, 202 & 203 (150hr. Broker Course) Real Estate 201: This course is a review of real estate principles and practice and the Louisiana License Law, Civil Law, and Commission Rules & Regulations for broker applicants. This course satisfies 120 of the 150 hours required by the Louisiana Legislature for an applicant for a Louisiana Real Estate Brokers License. Books included. Brokers must also complete the 30 hour Broker Responsibility Course which is offered online. Loan Originator - 10 hour course for licensing or continuing education. 9am -7pm. This course is certified by the Office of Financial institutions and is required in order to become certified as a loan originator. Classes meet all from 9am to 7pm. Residential Appraisal Course - is a 75 hour required course for trainee certification to appraise residential property. Part I 60 hour Principles & Practice.  2 1/2 Week Course: Wed, Thu, Fri 5pm-10pm; Sat. 8am-4:30pm. Books included. Part II This is a 2 day 15 hour AQB certified USPAP course. This couse is only offered in Baton Rouge. Please call for dates. There is a $60 materials fee for this course.
