REAL ESTATE 101_(90hr.Salespersons)
We offer Day or Evening Class is a course in real estate principles and practices for salesperson applicants. This course satisfies the educational requirements set by the Louisiana Legislature for an applicant for a Louisiana Real Estate Salesperson License.
Topics include: Property Ownership, Land Use Controls and Regulations, Valuation and Market Analysis, Financing, Laws of Agency, Mandated Disclosures, Contracts, Transfer of Property, Practice of Real Estate, Louisiana Laws, Rules and Regulations, Louisiana Civil Law System, Louisiana Law of Agency.
Night Class: You may start class any Monday night. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm-10pm for 9 weeks. You must register and pay one week before class begins.
Day Class: Meets Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm for 2 weeks. You must register in advance.

REAL ESTATE 201,202 & 203 (150 hr Broker Course)
Real Estate 201:
Real Estate 201 is a basic fundamentals review for broker applicants. Books not included. This course satisfies the educational requirements set by the Louisiana Legislature for an applicant for a Louisiana Real Estate Brokers License.

Day Class: 2 week Classes - 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday -Friday
Evening Class: 6-10pm Monday and Wednesday. You can begin class any Monday night.
Real Estate 202:
This course covers Louisiana Laws inclucing licensing law, rules & regulations and Civil Law. This course can be completed on line or in a live class.
Real Estate 203:
This course covers broker responsibilities and is required for all broker candidates. This portion of the broker's course is only offered online.
