This course is a review of real estate principles and practice and the Louisiana License Law, Civil Law, and Commission Rules & Regulations for broker applicants. This course satisfies 120 of the 150 hours required by the Louisiana Legislature for an applicant for a Louisiana Real Estate Brokers License. Books included. Brokers must also complete the 30 hour Broker Responsibility Course which is offered online.

Loan Originator - 10 hour course for licensing or continuing education. 9am -7pm. This course is certified by the Office of Financial institutions and is required in order to become certified as a loan originator. Classes meet all from 9am to 7pm. The course covers financing principles and practice as well as the Residential Mortgage Lending Act.

Residential Appraisal Course -is a 200 hour required course for certification to appraise residential property. The course is divided into 3 parts.
Completion of the first 75 hours (60 + 15) enables you to become a licensed Trainee. As a trainee you must work for a certified appraiser for 1 year to complete your apprenticeship.
15 hour USPAP class 2 days. This class is offered at the Baton Rouge Location
60 hour Principles & Practices class -This class meets Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 10pm and Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm for 2 weeks. There is a $60 materials fee for this course.
125 hour Principles & Practice required for full certification. Call for shcedule.
This course satisfies the educational requirements set by the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors for an applicant for a Louisiana Home Inspector's License.
