Day Class: 2 weeks - 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday
Evening Class: 6-10pm Mondays & Wednesdays. You can begin class any Tuesday night.
Real Estate 202:
This course covers Louisiana Laws inclucing licensing law, rules & regulations and Civil Law. This course can be completed on line or in a live class.
Real Estate 203:
This course covers broker responsibilities and is required for all broker candidates. This portion of the broker's course is only offered online.

Licensed Home Inspector Evening Class
This course satisfies the educational requirements set by the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board for an applicant for a Louisiana Certified Residential and/or Trainees Appraisers License.

Residential Appraisal Course - Evening Class is a 75 hour required course for trainee certification to appraise residential property
This course satisfies the educational requirements set by the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board for an applicant for a Louisiana Certified Residential and/or Trainees Appraisers License.
Course includes: Appraising Residences and Income Properties, practice questions, drill problems, charts, math problems, practice tests, Appraisal Ethics and Appraisal Standards. An additional 125 hours is required for full certification.
