$25.00   Agency Relationships In Real Estate Transactions -This course covers the law governing agency relationships between licensees and members of the public. It includes the mandatory disclosures and their proper forms, description of ministerial acts, definitions and case studies.

Real Estate Contracts
$25.00   This course covers contract law and the types of contracts used in real estate. The course discusses the legality of faxed and electronic signatures. It also addresses issues that arise from telephone negotiations, offers, and counteroffers. The course includes case studies of actual court cases and an appendix of sample current real estate contracts and Civil Law references. This course is approved by ARELLO and the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
