If you did not renew your license by January 3, 2012 you must pay a delinquent fee of $50. After February 15th the delinquent fee is $200. If you do not renew by March 31st you will lose your license.
You must complete your 12 hours of continuing education before you renew your license. If you renew your license before completing your continuing education hours you will be subject to a fine of $325.
The 4 hour mandatory topic for 2012 is "Advertising Rules & Regulations & How They Relate to Social Media and Teams in General Advertising". This course will be available sometime in January 2012.

criminal background history as part of the initial application process.
